Namaskaram All, Inner Engineering was one of the greatest milestones of my life.My whole trajectory has been changed after getting inititated into powerful practice of Shambhavi MahaMudra Kriya. Talking about the benefits of practice will be very unjustified with profoundness of experience and impact it had on someone's life. I had been into very depressing situation after after my Graduation in Engineering due to forsaken relationship and Competitive exam pressure of GATE exam 2019 for higher studies,i wasn't able to focus my self on studies and manage my relationship. I was going through a hard phase but unable to express myself ,I found this tool as way to find contentment within and accept things as they are ,once i gain this acceptance I was able to ride the wave very joyfully. I had aspired for IIT addmission but i couldn't make it but I drop that disappointed about myself and secured top college on state level started my studies and with good grades I passed and now working professional in Automotive sector with joy and gratitude. I feel very happy and joyful by my own nature.I neither get anxious about seeing challengingsituations nor feel worried about what will happen next in my life.I have started seeing things with much clarity before I use to relay on people's validation if I am doing is right and worthit.Now it's my life my choice without any influence of society and peer i choose to live by my decision not by the situation around me. I feel more calmer and lighter in mind.My physical health is improved in terms of quality sleep ,great stamina and good appetite. I am able to work for long hours in strict without getting tired or taking breaks inbetween, i mange to stay awake and alert with 4-5 hours of sleep in a day.I switch to two meals in a day and feel energetic throughout the day. My relationship has been improved,i no longer expects from people but deep sense of acceptance in however they are and whatever they do,I see possibilities everywhere.My friends find my company more joyful to be with and comfortable to talk with . I have attended this program online ,i found it doesn't matter platform/mode of participation.In my experience it was intimate and platform was very easy and self explanatory to use.i was able to manage online session with my schedule and receive the Program with utmost sanctity.
